Rental services provided IndiaHikes CrosTrek Rentals simplified my trekking in India. I was traveling from USA to do this hike. Although, I own all the needed trekking gear, it would have been very inconvenient to carry all needed stuff from USA. I prefer to travel light. I did not want to risk using an untested hiking boot, so that was the only thing I carried from USA. My hiking books took up half of my luggage. Rest of the needed items I rented from CrossTrek rentals.
I rented the following items: 50L backpack, 750ml Water bottle, Stainless steel tiffin box, Drinking mug, Hiking poles, and Rain jacket.
Renting and return of the gear was smooth. The gear were of good quality and in good condition. The prices were reasonable.
The added convenience was priceless!
I had an excellent hike. Throughout the hike, I was very impressed with how the hike was organized, managed, and led.
