All products I used on rent were clean and well maintained. I found them reasonably priced. They were available in all sizes required. I look forward to take things on rent from indiahikes for my upcoming treks. This indeed a win win situation for both.

Indiahikes- provides the best trekking equipment. You don’t need to buy anything. You just need to sign up for the trek - and reach the base camp. They are one of the best… and make sure you prebook to avoid last minute rush.

The online Booking process was pretty easy (though the timeout feature is a hassle but I get the purpose of it). I was provided the items I booked on the basecamp. I was worried about the shoes while booking but they were more comfortable than my own shoes. They taught me how to use the trek poles. The headlamp, water bottle, mug, all were in good condition. The lunchbox could have been cleaner to be honest, but one wash took care of that. Over-all extremely satisfied with the rentals. More than the money, it was the convenience of not having to carry things from Delhi to Goa for the purpose of three days use. And it helped me travel light.

Rental services provided IndiaHikes CrosTrek Rentals simplified my trekking in India. I was traveling from USA to do this hike. Although, I own all the needed trekking gear, it would have been very inconvenient to carry all needed stuff from USA. I prefer to travel light. I did not want to risk using an untested hiking boot, so that was the only thing I carried from USA. My hiking books took up half of my luggage. Rest of the needed items I rented from CrossTrek rentals. I rented the following items: 50L backpack, 750ml Water bottle, Stainless steel tiffin box, Drinking mug, Hiking poles, and Rain jacket. Renting and return of the gear was smooth. The gear were of good quality and in good condition. The prices were reasonable. The added convenience was priceless! I had an excellent hike. Throughout the hike, I was very impressed with how the hike was organized, managed, and led. Very thankful to IndiaHikes for the hiking experience!

The Crosstrek site is pretty intuitive and has all the required equipments for a high altitude trek. Every time I have trekked with Indiahikes, I have opted for rentals which not only saves cost but I do not need to go through hassles of purchasing the gear, carrying that to the base camp and then later on ensuring proper care of the gear is being taken, even if its not being used. I would strongly recommend people to explore trekking gears on the rental site, which is well maintained and easy to use.

It was a smooth and seamless process. The representative was courteous and was diligent in ensuring all the equipment was functional before and after the rental. I was pleasantly surprised and very glad that the process was seamless. If you are planning on renting the equipment from Crosstrek, you will not have to think about it or worry about it.
